EXTERIOR TRANSFORMATION AT THE NATIONAL
We worked closely with our client’s insurance company to provide a full roof replacement for nothing more than the cost of a deductible. The clay tile that was installed on the home was damaged by storms and we identified that it was a discontinued product and no longer available. As a result, the carrier paid to replace the roof.
Our clients elected to transform the entire exterior of their home and switch to an impact resistant flat profile concrete roof tile manufactured by Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions. We were also tasked with completing the installation of new gutters and downspouts. We collaborated with a local painting company to establish a workflow that allowed the exterior of the home to be painted during the roof replacement project.
The end result speaks for itself. Our clients were thrilled with the transformation of their home!
NEW CONSTRUCTION IN MiISSOURI
We provide new construction roofing services to custom home builders throughout the Kansas City Metro area. We worked on behalf of Starr Homes for this custom home project. Our client set out to create a French styled estate and after much deliberation elected to install a natural slate roof with custom copper flashings and gutters. The slates came from North Country Slate. We ordered the slates in varying widths and sizes and installed them in a staggered pattern to enhance the French inspired style of the home.
This is a roof system that should be expected to last 75+ years with routine maintenance.
ROOF REPLACEMENT AT PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Our client entrusted us with the revitalization of their 100 year old property. The roof was in need of replacement and we installed a new concrete roof tile system, with custom copper flashing and new gutters and downspouts. We also completed repairs to the exterior of the home including masonry work and stucco repairs. The old roofing system was replaced with a new concrete tile roof from Stoneworth Roof Tiles. We worked closely with our client to help design a color that suited the exterior of the home. With the help of Stoneworth we were able to create a timeless-looking roofing system that was appropriate for a home of this stature and historic relevance.
We are thrilled at the transformation and our clients were happy to have a new premium roof system with minimal out of pocket expense.
ROOF REPLACEMENT IN RISS LAKE

The concrete tile that was installed on the home was damaged by storms and we identified that it was a discontinued product and no longer available. As a result, the carrier paid to replace the roof.
We installed a new concrete roof tile manufactured by Stoneworth Roof Tiles. We also installed new copper half round dormers and coated them to ensure they would not patina. Lastly, we installed new gutters and downspouts on the entire home.
We are thrilled at the transformation and our clients were happy to have a new premium roof system with minimal out of pocket expense.
ROOF REPLACEMENT IN HALLBROOK
Our clients had an aging cedar shake roof that needed replacement. They elected to install a lifetime concrete roof tile product manufactured by Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions. We worked with a structural engineer to complete the necessary bracing to support the additional weight of the concrete tile. We also coordinated and oversaw masonry work that was required to be completed on the chimneys as well as stucco repairs around the home.
The end result is a wonderful transformation and another happy client.
